As part of the 'Earth and Space' curriculum year 5 will be experiencing a Wonder Dome. The children will experience a planetarium style workshop where by they will learn about 'Earth and Space' in an interactive manner.

On Friday 10th January 2025, the children in Year 5 will be taking part in a WonderDome Mobile Planetarium Visit.

This will be a fantastic way of supporting Year 5’s topic for Spring Term 1 - `Earth and Space’, as well as being able to ask any questions.

As part of our Year 5 curriculum on `Earth and Space', we have booked The WonderDome Inflatable Planetarium . The workshops will provide the children with an exciting experience. They will learn about the phases of the moon, how the Earth rotates and orbits and have chance to ask the WonderDome workshop leader any questions.  This will all take place in the comfort of the school hall.
