We would like to invite you to attend a Writing Workshop for EYFS parents, taking place on Tuesday 6^th October 2026. Would you like to know more about Writing in EYFS? Would you like to know what your child is expected to demonstrate in these areas by the end of Nursery/Reception? Would you like some ideas of how to help your child at home with Writing?

The Writing Workshop times are as follows:

Morning workshop at 9.00am-9.45am (in the Infant Hall. Entry will be via the side entrance).

Afternoon workshop at 2.15pm-3.00pm (in the Nursery. Entry will be via the Nursery entrance)

(Parents/Carers must only sign up to one session and only one adult to attend)

 Please wear some comfy clothes and shoes and also bring a water bottle as we will be asking you to do some of the movements we do with the children. Nothing too strenuous though!

Reception Parents/ Carers - If you would like to attend, please could you log on to your child’s ParentPay account and indicate which time slot you will be attending, by Tuesday 29^th September 2026. This will give us an idea of how many numbers to expect and help things to run more smoothly.

Nursery Parents/ Carers - If you wish to attend the morning workshop please complete the form on the back of this letter, and return to Miss Supple by Thursday 29^th September 2026

For health and safety reasons we kindly ask that only one parent or carer attends per child. Unfortunately, other children cannot attend, unless they are under six months old or being breastfed.
