Dear Ms M Showell,
Donation in memory of Mrs Batson
Thank you very much to everyone at Abbey Junior School, for your kind donation of £1,760.20, in memory of Mrs Batson. We’d like you to know how much we appreciate the fact that you’ve chosen to support Macmillan at this time. Your donation could help run a small Macmillan information and support centre for a week.
If you would prefer for us to send you a letter of acknowledgment on headed paper, either as an email attachment or in the post, please do get in touch and we will be happy to arrange this.
We’re here for you
Macmillan offers all sorts of support to people who’ve lost someone to cancer, whether they just need to talk or have questions about things like finances. So if we can help you in any way, or if you have any questions whatsoever, please call 0808 808 00 00 (Monday–Friday, 9am–8pm). And we also have a supportive online community, which you can join at www.macmillan.org.uk/community.
No one should have to face cancer alone, and your generosity and support will help us to make sure that no one does.
Celebrating Mrs Batson’s life
If and when you’re ready, we can help you celebrate the life of your loved one. You can find out more at www.macmillan.org.uk/inmemory.
Thank you again for your kind donation. Without people like you in our team, we simply couldn’t do what we do.
With best wishes,
Supporter Donations Team
