The sun is shining on Plas Gwynant this morning. Our bags are packed, ready for heading home, and we are enjoying one last activity: The Bottle Game.
Good morning from Plas Gwynant!
The children have completed their jobs, eaten their breakfast and have made their sandwiches ready for the day ahead. The weather is fine. We will be out hill walking, visiting the beach, canoeing and bouldering. Photos of these activities will be uploaded later this evening.
Red group had a fantastic day climbing Moel Sygun. The whole group excelled at rock climbing, enjoyed lunch with a spectacular panoramic view and explored deep into the darkness of a copper mine.
This afternoon, everyone has been issued with waterproofs & wellies, we've explored the site - jumping ditches, walking in rivers and climbing trees - and had a fantastic meal. After dinner, we went on a night walk, navigating through the woods by torchlight and lying on our backs, in the dark, looking at the stars. It was amazingly dark - so there are no photos unfortunately. We promise we'll post some tomorrow night.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
