Hi Year 3,
Lots of you will be accessing the internet at this time and it is really important that you stay safe. Please look at the CEOP online resources and look at the 8-10's pack for information.
Welcome to Thinkuknow
Thinkuknow is the education programme from NCA-CEOP, a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline.
Explore one of the six Thinkuknow websites for advice about staying safe when you're on a phone, tablet or computer.
Don't forget to access all the online resources you log in details for. There are currently some battles running on TT Rockstars and don't forget all the wonderful activities on Purple Mash - you can search a topic and complete relevant tasks e.g. If you search Stone Age, you can complete some writing tasks about the life of Hunter Gatherers and life in Skara Brae.
If you have forgotten any log in details, just email Y3@abbey-jun.sandwell.sch.uk and we can send them to you.

Hello Year 3! We are missing you already but know that you must be kept safe and well at home.
Yesterday the Flanagan family started a new 'stay at home' plan and we had a mixture of school work, life skills, exercise and family time and we had fun. My own children were delighted that I was at home yesterday so that I could help them keep on top of their learning (this of course is not true)!
I wanted to tell you about the great community spirit, here in Bearwood. Some children have been spreading a message of hope and kindness through their art work and making a rainbow picture. These pictures have been shared in homes and displayed in windows. The children who attended school yesterday also made a start and have displayed their work in the windows of the Junior School on Barclay Road.
Why not find some time this week to create your own art work and then send a photograph of it to your teacher? You may even find your inspirational art work shared on your class page. Use the email address for your year group:
Here’s some of the beautiful art work being shared on the Bearwood page from in and around our community:
